According to the current legislation of Ukraine, the buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase, if the goods have not been used and have retained their retail condition. To do this, it is necessary to provide a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.

Conditions for returning goods:

1. The product was not in use.

   • The product must be new, without any signs of use or damage.

2. Preservation of presentation.

   • All labels, tags, packaging, and other items must be in place.

3. Availability of a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.

Return procedure:

1. Contact us.

   • Before returning the product, you must contact us via phone, email or the form on the website.

2. Shipping of goods.

   • After agreeing on the details, send the goods to our address or bring them to our store.

3. Getting a refund.

   • After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the money using the same method of payment.

Features:

1. Goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange:

   • According to Ukrainian legislation, certain goods are not subject to return or exchange, for example, food, medicines, underwear, hygiene products, etc.

2. Goods of inadequate quality:

   • If the product is defective or does not match the description, we will exchange it or refund the money in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
