TriggerTech Diamond two-stage trigger for Rem 700
Product description
TriggerTech Diamond Two-Stage Trigger - Perfect for Remington 700
TriggerTech 's most sophisticated and technologically advanced trigger mechanism features an unmatched zero-force trigger pull, tactile trigger weight adjustment (on both stages), rugged construction, and uncompromising engineering. Our focus on safety led us to develop the first Rem 700 trigger mechanism with four safety points. This is a new level of performance and safety for those who prefer some movement in front of the "wall".
Four safety points:
Trigger Lock – Prevents trigger movement when set to safety.
Firing pin lock – prevents the firing pin from falling when the safety is set.
First Stage Lockout – A key locks the first stage when the safety is engaged. The first stage will not move when the safety is engaged, giving the shooter immediate confirmation that the safety is engaged.
First Stage Safety – Even when the fire is on, the first stage locks the trigger until the first stage is activated.
The adjustment feature utilizes externally accessible set screws for both stages. The exceptionally crisp trigger pull results in less actuation energy than friction-based triggers. Most shooters report that the trigger weight feels significantly lighter than a friction-based trigger of the same measured weight. The trigger components are assembled as a matched set to provide true zero trigger force, very short over-tension, and exceptional reliability even in the harshest conditions. Frictionless Release Technology, along with hardened 440C stainless steel internal components, provides corrosion resistance and extended service life. Because Frictionless Release Technology does not rely on coating, polishing, or lubricating key contact surfaces, trigger force will be more consistent from shot to shot and after thousands of shots than you ever imagined.
All trigger weights and measurements are approximate. TriggerTech trigger weights are directly related to the weight of the firing pin spring. Firing pins that are too heavy can cause trigger weights to vary beyond the stated range.
Main advantages:
